All our lecithins and ingredients are subjected to complete control, both chemical and microbiological, in Italian independent laboratories, before being approved for marketing.
Furthermore, meeting the most rigorous industry standards, our company is Kosher - Halal accredited, IFS and organic certified.

All our soy food lecithins originate from non genetically modified soyabeans, i.e. from areas where the cultivation of genetically modified soyabeans is not allowed. Products with NON GM certification are also available.

Bakery
Lecithins are largely used in bakery applications such as frozen doughs, cakes, wafers and waffles, ice cream cones, biscuits, crackers, bread, pizza mixes, intermediates for bakery and pastry, etc.
Chocolate
Lecithin is the emulsifier of choice in the production of chocolate (bars, cacao decoration and toppings, spreads, chocolates, etc.). Viscosity of cacao mass and yield value are positively modified by lecithins.
